Half Day Mediation

Fees for a Full Day Mediation (up to 7 hours) are as follows:

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be requested in writing (e.g. email, letter)

• No fee for cancellations more than 30 days prior to mediation date

• Cancellations 30 days prior to the scheduled mediation date will be billed at 50% of the mediation fee plus any disbursements related to cancellation of facilities or catering (HST will be invoiced)

• Mediations cancelled within 1 week of the scheduled mediation date will be billed at 70% of the mediation fee plus any disbursements related to cancellation of facilities or catering (HST will be invoiced)

• Mediations cancelled later than 10am on the business day prior to the scheduled mediation date will be subject to the full mediation fee plus any disbursements related to cancellation of facilities or catering (HST will be invoiced)
